Where do I download my product?
You should receive an email minutes after purchase that contains a link for you to go to and download your purchase. This email will be sent to the email address listed on your PayPal account. They do occasionally get caught up in your spam filter.
Where is the product that I just downloaded?
When you download a product, it can usually be found in the downloads folder on your computer. Look in this folder for your recent downloads. You can then move this file to wherever you would like to store it.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? How do I cancel my subscription?
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, there is no obligation to stay.
To cancel you subscription you can log into Pay Pal and look under the Reoccurring Payments and cancel there. OR you can send an email to email@example.com and we will cancel it for you.
I can’t get my product to download . What do I do?
If there are any disruptions in your internet connection during a download, you will get an error message and the download will not complete. If you are having trouble with this, the easiest way to complete a download is by using a hard wired, not wireless, internet connection.
The download link that we send allows limited attempts. If you are not able to get the download completed in those attempts, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can authorize additional attempts.
Why do some backgrounds have layers and others don’t?
When we first began, Woody worked with jpeg’s. We have since change to a layered file structure to allow greater flexibility for our customers, giving you more bang for your buck. If you read the product description before purchasing, it will let you know if the background you are purchasing is a flattened jpeg or has a layered file structure.
What does it mean to Fast Forward my subscription?
Everyone begins on Volume 24 for Woody’s World. And every eight weeks
when your payment renews, another issue is added to you account. So someone that subscriber in 2012 has more issues than someone that subscribed in 2013.
Fast Forwarding, is a way to catch up to the most current content. It is
not necessary, everything that Woody teaches along the way is relevant.
We just have some subscribers that want the information faster or want the
most current volumes that Woody is working on.
Because this is an online subscription that renews automatically, we have
to work within the confine of the software. We can not skip around,
issues have to be received in order. We keep growing and have many new
subscribers. Some of these subscribers wanted an option to “catch up”,
and this is how we can do that.

Some people get a few extra issues at a time as their income allows, others buy a hug chunk to catch up, and others choose to just stay on schedule. Each option works!
How do I add my Photos to your Products? We use something called a clipping mask. See how easy it is to do it here:
MAC USERS We’re not MAC, but have found this link if you are getting this message. Download decompression failed.
Try Instead, allow the file to download to your desktop and use Stuffit Expander to unzip it.
Can’t save the psd as a jpeg, get the error message “can’t save file due to a program error.”
This error can occur if a file has certain meta data attached that is specific to CS3 or CS4 (particularly Camera Raw). Stripping the file of meta data should fix this problem. One way to do this is to press Ctrl-A to select the entire image, then go to Edit > Copy Merged. Go to File > New. The dimensions should be filled in automatically, so just click OK. Press Ctrl-V to paste your copied image onto the new image. Flatten the image, then save it as a JPEG.
Or try to save the jpeg to a different drive on your computer.
Make sure the mode is 8 bit RGB and that baseline standard is checked instead of progressive.
Can I use your products to make my own templates to resell to other photographers? No you may not. Personal use, scrapping for others, and selling completed products to your photography clients are what is allowed with all the products on our site. It takes a lot of hard work, money, and time to create the quality products we have on this site. I honestly don’t know of any reputable desingers that will allow you to do that.

When I try to open my templates in PS I don’t see anything? All our templates are large files, so it is standard operating procedure to zip files so they can safely be downloaded via the internet. You will need to unzip the files before you can bring them into photoshop. Most new computers have an unzipping utility on them already, if you don’t you can try win zip. They have a free trial you can download here http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm You will need to unzip templates you purchase anywhere, not just from us, so you need to know how to do this anyway.
My computer crashed, and I lost my downloads what do I do? Just request additional downloads either on the site or through an email. Try to back up when you can, but we understand that these things happen, and we’ll always authorize additional downloads for you.
I paid by echeck on Paypal, where are my links? Uh Oh, e check stinks! We have to wait until the funds clear for you to receive your links. We recommend that you DO NOT choose to pay with an e check because this can take up to a week.
Can’t Open Overlays? Getting Message “Cannot complete your request because it is not the right kind of document.” This probably means that you have not unzipped your file. Photoshop cannot open a zipped file. You need to unzip and then open in photoshop.
I bought an overlay and it downloaded as a microsoft picture file instead of Photoshop. Find the file where your unzipping software put it. Mine is auto set to put it here (but you can override that) for now we will just open it from My Documents.
My Documents\Unzipped\SnowSwirlsOverlaysSetof2 In the folder marked Snow Swirls OverlaysSet of 2 there are both the overlays. You need to right click on the overlay and choose open with Adobe Photoshop CS4 (or whatever version you are currently running. Then they should open and you just drag and drop.
Double clicking on the overlays opens them in the windows picture and fax viewer. So that is where the majority of people get stuck. All versions of Photoshop can open .png files.
The problem occurs when double clicking the unzipped .png file. Pngs have more options as far as compatibility with other programs, psds are a native photoshop format, so you computer is smart enough to know that psds open in photoshop.
As for organizing your goodies, I have a folder on my hard drive called Digital Photo Candy, I have folders set for Overlays, Papers, Albums, etc. And inside the folders I put my products so when I am working, I just pull up bridge and double click on what I want to use and it pops up on the screen.
